When you inevitably burn out from doing the work of three people you’ll be able to easily find a great job down south that pays over 10k+ super more than what you were earning
Cons
Seeing 8+ coworkers, including all the Assistant Account Executives, leave the company due to the high workload with terrible benefits. The Darwin Office is also full of white people that like gawking at passing indigenous people in the street below, and the senior brokers love to auto-renew domestic policies without contacting the client first.
