      Pros

      Little structures so you can take lunch when you need to or not at all. The pay and benefits are decent. There are some people in the company that are very willing to help you when you have a work problem and some people were quite friendly.

      Cons

      There is a lack of structure, communication, respect, and professionalism. Operations can seem chaotic and team work is nearly non-existent. There is a lot of negative talk about colleagues and the ability to take on change is challenging. (May change in the future with different leadership).

      Work from home, some decent co workers

      Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
