Pros

Remote work Some good people Used to have work/life balance

Cons

Due to the current restructuring led by top management there is a nightmarish workload and non stop meetings and trainings for most employees in the months ahead. Starting October, the entire finance department is expected to swap numerous tasks and take on new company projects, then hit the ground running with essentially a new role by December. Most employees have no bonus or promotion eligibility either. The whole thing could have been avoided by hiring more people as new tasks arose. Instead, they chose to throw their entire finance department under the bus right around the holidays…looks like employees can kiss PTO and holidays goodbye this year. No words.

Pros

Great work-life balance as a remote employee. Management is approachable and genuinely willing to help when it comes to workload — you never feel like you're on your own.

Cons

Mentorship is largely self-driven. if you don't seek it out yourself, it won't come to you. Systems and internal processes can be slow and tedious, which adds friction to an already fast-paced workload. Compensation does not reflect the complexity or volume of work expected. High performers who are ready for the next step would benefit from clearer, more proactive promotion paths. When that structure is missing, talented people disengage quietly long before they ever leave.
