Lots are technology to help you do your job. Lots of older employees to learn from. Great place to learn and develop skills and experience.
Cons
Too demanding. Over worked and under paid. Company only wants to make as much money as possible for their shareholders. Focused on developing India-based Service Center. Pulling away from a personal relationship and trying to commoditize/standardize all processes. Has become just a jumping board for upcoming, developing talent to find jobs elsewhere in the industry. Hard to take a "Vacation" and not worry about your desk.
