None-company doesn't care about their employees, only their bottom line and how many agencies they can buy up
Cons
Zero chance for advancement, only way to move up is to suck up! Co-workers are all back-stabbers who only care about themselves! Benefits suck!!! Superviser slept at his desk everyday!

Work from home, some decent co workers

Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
