Somewhere you can be paid whilst looking for a decent place to work. You may make some good friends, who will be sharing in the adversity.
Cons
One of the most hostile and belligerent environments I have worked in. There has been very high staff turnover from at least 4 years now, attitude of complete indifference by management. People always leaving or being fired for trivial matters. No clear direction. Lots of internal infighting and back stabbing, nepotism and decisions that plainly don't make sense. Strongly recommend that you avoid working here.
