      Hiring only freshers and not providing ample training for doing the job. Not hiring enough resourses - always understaffed. Employees are asked to work overtime without pay even on weekends, and sometimes the shift goes upto 12 hours

      Was brought on from AP merge and sorely missing the culture and my old job. Gallagher uses extremely Complex systems with minimal training, yes they train.. but if you ask questions they treat you like youre incompetent. Make sure you’re an expert in 30 days or else you’re not living up to expectations. Burnout culture is the norm. You are truly a “cog in the wheel” like they say within their values. Worst job I have ever worked, not good for mental health.
