Pros
Work flexibility at GB was great. GB allowed staff to work remotely, with one in the office per month, and a central location in town
Cons
Lack of direction from management, management didn't lead, but relied on senior staff to manage staff. The project wasn't equally distributed among the staff. Staff tend to get pigeon-holed into roles and side-primed when voicing concerns.
