      Looking after people is a big pro. Culture of managers looking out for and after their staff and promoting growth.

      Pros

      Gallagher cares about its employees and pays out decent bonuses. Being in the analytical side, I never had to work long days unlike the brokers. Everyone is pretty nice. It feels like there's opportunity to grow in the company too.

      Cons

      There seems to be high turnover and constant reorgs.
