      Opportunity to create awesome products.

      Cons

      I am going to have to agree with other reviewers. Stressful due to lack of HR Department within the company, resulting in low morale at times and unnecessary stress and breakdown in communication between management and employees. Work/life balance is unacceptable.

      Working with a wide variety of material and processes. Building most things in house, and installing your own work. Lots of opportunities to grow as a installer and builder.

      Cons

      The communication among the team leaves a lot to be desired. Some parts of the finished product are better than others.
