      Pros

      This was, hands down, the best place I've worked in my career (of over 20+ years.) The people working there are mission-driven, values-first leaders.

      Cons

      There wasn't as much potential of upward mobility (frankly due to high retention on the team I was part of.)

      Fun, rewarding, teaches you how to navigate challenges in real time and pivot quickly

      Cons

      Can be really tiring, and sometimes you don’t go to breaks on time because kids are late leaving your class
