There were no cons at all.

Friendly staff and positive work environment. Management will listen to your schedule requests and help with issues. They run the restaurant well and are kind and energetic.

It's run by a couple men who don't listen to the staff. They didn't come in often, but they made me feel uncomfortable when they did. They brush off concerns and play favorites. Every decision they made worsened our work environment.
