      Pros

      Ability to hybrid work. Potential of new CEO .. but this is also waning Gilead involvement and knowledge to steer Galapagos In past had talented but all left

      Cons

      Poor commercial leadership CCO CCO not experienced . Inflamm pipeline halted due to his lack of experience . Had only worked with Abbvie hence unaware how to launch in todays environment .

      Pros

      Very nice, committed colleagues. Best ever company culture in my entire career (>20 years). Organization led by the researcher who built the company from scratch.

      Cons

      Development had couple of failures in 2021-2022 that emptied the portfolio which triggered organizational changes.
