      It's a great place to gain experience and make connections. Also, it was nice to be working here and earn income while trying to look for another job. Health benefits were fully covered, so that was nice too.""

      Shady management. Their motto should be "do as I say and not as I do".

      Pros

      It is a casual, laid back environment, with healthy drinks and snacks provided by the company. The staff are all friendly, and hard working. The company offers a great 401K plan and will offer to match a portion of your contributions. The annual bonus sums are impressive.

      Cons

      It offers a poor benefits plan, compared to others in the industry. Promotion prospects are few. The requirements to get an annual bonus are impossible to achieve. The company is not growing.
