* Hypocritical messages. CEO boasts in the interview about how many people have worked at the company longer than 5 years, but only a few have. Most people leave within the first 3 months.
* There's boasting about an unlimited PTO policy, but unless you're one of the privileged few who have been there a few years, you'll probably only see a week PTO. This applies to the "work-life balance" as well. I found myself working 10-12 hour days for weeks on end and was yelled at for coming into work "sleepy".
* Everyone gets bullied at one point in their tenure here (see turnaround).
* CEO only listens to the privileged few's advice, despite their general lack of experience.
* Underpaid for the effort expected out of you. Hired for a support position? Good, expect to become an SQL Database Administrator and networking engineer for the same price
* Company has barely grown in 20 years. Red flag I should've raised in interview was that the company was still under 20 employees despite its age.
