      Pros

      People who are motivated and are self starters probably will have recognition. There are very good professionals around the company that you could learn with and admire. Attractive bonus.

      Cons

      They don't invest too much in training, they don't sponsor MBA's or post-graduation courses. Salary and benefits were not very good.

      Pros

      Team work, company environment, constant challenges, the company offers a good variable bonus depending on your performance

      Cons

      Long hours, top management tends to be centralized, very little visibility to the key decision makers, with the deterioration of Brazilian economy, the opportunities also downgraded
