This company provides so much support. They keep everyone up to date with what is going on. They have great processes in place. Amanda, the VP of Property Management is great about making sure everyone at every level understands what is going on or how to do something.

The pay is lower than other places with same job description.

Gaedeke Group is an excellent place to work. I learned a lot there about the industry and was treated very fairly. It is very fast paced. I always felt like I was contributing and my opinion mattered.

I worked a lot of overtime. I don't feel like I was paid fairly relative to market standards. But the knowledge that I gained was invaluable.
