Not much besides beautiful lighting, beautiful lighting.

Poorly ran company on the brink of bankruptcy every other week. Nothing can get done because of the lack of cash. The senior leadership have no idea what they should focus on to improve the company’s overall growth. Culture and environment is very hostile and lacks diversity.

The tasks are VERY diversified. Everything still need to be done. Every days are different. Managers are talking about growth.

Management lacks experience and knowledge. Business decisions are made without any analysis or data. Fixtures design is very poor and not high-tech. Improvement is very difficult since management don't want to learn new ways to work.
