Company provided all the tools a recruiter needs to be successful from access to major job boards, to phone line, ATS, training and awesome support and feedback from management.

None really, if you work hard and use all of the tools given, can be a very successful recruiter working for Gables Search Group.

It was a waste of time. Not sure there were any pros.

The owner of the company feels like he doesn't quite get the actual process of recruiting even though he's been doing this for over 20 years. He's kind of slow in responding and the candidates you submit often get hired off elsewhere before you get a chance to place them because of this. Not the best experience, which is kind of a little too positive.
