Pros
When I could leave at the end of the day and escape this place. When rude residents would move out. Having to take a second job to make ends meet because you can't live on this paycheck.
Cons
Having to deal with unruly and rude residents Even though you work on commission, it is too low for what you have to put up with Associates stealing your leases so that you don't get paid on them and the manager telling you there is nothing they can do about it. Manager was a bully and rude to subordinates. A horrible person. Horrible.
