Pros

Hard to say. Maybe a decent vision for the future.

Cons

Although there's a decent vision of the future. The key players of the organization are not willing to listen to any opportunities for improvement related to operations, support or customer service. Products and services have quality issues that create an impossible situation to take care of the customer. Sell it and forget it, build it and forget it mentality. So cash constrained that they can do anything to pivot their business model. Senior management has their head in the sand and will not listen to suggestions that would dramatically improve their ability to provide products and services that work as sold. Support team is tired and burned out due to listening to customers complain, often rudely, that they are very disappointed with what they were sold.

Pros

Exec team is very approachable and open to new ideas Great culture and team with things like holiday parties, trivia nights, happy hours etc. Huge investment in training and development globally Clients love the product/platform

Cons

Clear satellite office feel with the headquarters in the UK

Pros

Super flexible managers, decent PTO and benefits, decent culture prior to 2023

Cons

Very regular layoffs, low pay. Hostile takeover by a private equity firm. Before the takeover the company treated people well and people didn't fear losing their jobs. Unless you're an install tech your position probably isn't safe here. Not much career growth opportunities.
