Pros
Work on a diverse set of applications to help facilitate customer needs is both fulfilling and challenging. There is a lot of opportunity and never a boring moment.
Cons
Admittedly one of my biggest gripes during my tenure of employment was observing where things were at versus where they could be. However it is a common gripe nearly every software engineer has when they come into a role.
Despite that, I must implore that this isn't a slight against GWA. Rather, I believe it more to be a moment where one needs to be creative in how they approach problem solving. This may slip people up if they're just used to jumping from issue to issue in a Jira Backlog.
