HR condones bad behavior from management--management is friends with the women in HR so they stick to who they know, allow retaliation and do not do their due diligence to help you when there are issues that in need to be investigated and addressed. You only get moved up if you are a brown-noser. Voicing concerns to then get punished with retaliation. Micromanagement from newly hired and under qualified. Bullying from grown women. Managers gossiping about other employees. Services and products are low end quality and do not work correctly.
