      Ms.Cooper is always willing to help and takes action seeking positive outcomes. Very easy to communicate with and shows compassion when hearing employee's. grivences

      Clean environment, everyone gets there own workspace good pay for people with no experience.

      Cons

      Disorganized staff. Ops Managers are all over the place. Top level management doesn’t really know how to run the organization. Training is non existent
