Pros
It's a good place to work if you plan to earn quick money to find. They are flexible with the schedule if you let them know ahead of time. Lots of overtime if the see you are willing to work and a good/safe driver but you just need to let them know.
Cons
You meet some great customers but this job is filled with ungrateful people who only care ab out getting to their destination as fast as possible without no concern for drivers and other passengers. The salary is low compared to the work that we do but the company I found is the highest paying paratransit company in NYC as I write this review.
