Pros
There are times when your work family feels like your real family. We spend a lot of time together, struggle together, celebrate wins together. GVA is more than a job to me. It's incredibly rewarding because of my team mates and friends. Everyone works so hard and helps each other other when you need it the most.
Cons
It's a tough time in real estate. Over supply causing occupancy to drop, hiring good people to keep up with day to day operations make the job tough at times. But overall it's a very rewarding career and place to work.
