- No clear business strategy or long-term direction, lots of staff out of depth in their roles. - Weak senior leadership & people managers. - Culture increasingly volatile over time, staff morale at an all-time low due to poor treatment, lack of support, and poor management - High staff turnover and a pattern of strong performers leaving due to burnout, frustration, or felt pushed out of the business. - Extremely poor work-life balance, with limited empathy or support for those facing personal or professional challenges.

Supportive environment, excellent product and technology.
