      Pros

      Very Supportive. Value feedback. Dynamic, fast moving hands on management. Charitable. Over the past seven years I have seen the management take several decisions that were very supportive to the employee. This ranged from giving a personal loan to offering a reimbursement upon completion of higher studies! They care about their business and reward loyalty.

      Cons

      Not as fast growing as it could be - they pick only good clients to work with and build strong relationships.

      Pros

      They take their time to get to know the people they work with and to keep you busy as their clients needs change and arise, and always respect loyalty by continuing to move you around as the projects and scopes of work for your skill sets change.

      Cons

      Not their fault, the work that I have been doing for them has shifted within their clients needs, they have kept me on other projects but I'm ready to change back to something more in my line if possible
