Pros

Great place to work if you know someone.

Cons

During the onboarding process, it's all nice then when attending the training days, the trainers are always saying "You can grow within the company" . When trying to move internally, to different departments, its best to have family members or friends of friends because even with certs and experience, the Managers and Directors are more willing to take in their family friend or relative. But don't get me wrong it is a good workplace other than moving internally

Pros

Working at GTA has been a genuinely positive experience. The work environment is incredibly friendly and supportive — everyone from coworkers to management brings good energy, and I always feel valued and heard. While the workload can get heavy at times (especially during product launches or big initiatives), the atmosphere remains chill and collaborative, which makes even the busiest days manageable. The benefits are a major plus: • Employee discounts on phone plans • Free home internet • Health, dental, and vision insurance • A solid 401(k) plan GTA does a great job of taking care of its team, and I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. If you’re looking for a company with positive culture, great perks, and room to grow, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Some areas could benefit from improved organization and clearer internal processes The hands-off approach in this role offers a lot of autonomy, but may not be ideal for everyone who prefers more structure or direct oversight
