Pros
Very good technology...right place at the right time by providing mainframe integration solutions to web based and mobile applications.
Cons
Owner turns over entire management team and shifts focus every 12-18 months. Not a good place to work. Lot of internal politics and people constantly jockeying for favoritism from the owner. No direction or focus. Cannot see how the company will be in business in 2 or 3 years.
