      Culture is horrible. Pay is low. Bosses don't care. Neither do employees. No opportunities for promotion. Zero process improvement possible. Zero Incentives offered.

      Overall good place to work and the owner was really cool.

      Cons

      Had to start off as a temp for 6 months before they would consider bringing you on.
