Blatant lies from the CEO, Tom Gutierrez - Fabrication Tech GT Advanced Technologies Employee Review

At about 9am, the CEO sent out a memorandum to all employees. He wrote that wages would be paid and that it would be business as usual despite the bankruptcy. Not even an hour afterwards, mid-level managers started getting emails with lists of people to fire and escort out of the building. No notice! I'm not sure if it was miscommunication, rapid change of plans, or just plain evil intentions that the CEO sent out such a false message. I saw some very hardworking people get walked out of the building today. It was so intense and nervewracking.
