Good Thing is that you got opportunity to learn many new things .
Cons
1. Managing Director always shout on you , may be he is having proud .
2. Salary never comes on time , sometime you may have to wait for one /two month salary .
3. There are so many chatters in the company .
4. Good Employees have no space and values .
