      Pros

      Management is completely incompetent, from supervision to almost to the top of the food chain. They tell you we are team, farthest from the truth, blatantly lie to your face just to get what THEY want. Could careless about you as a person.... Slave labor/sweat shop work is what this place is/was. If you never went home, they would love you and still want more out of you. Skeleton crew at all times so many asked to do multiple jobs with no extra compensation. Raises, That is a joke.......

      Health benefits....only because they want you to come to work....

      Pros

      The company does have its good points, the benefits were good, most of the people were nice to work with. During the move from Maryland, everyone was over worked and under appreciated for their efforts. There was no where near enough knowledge transfer at that time. Hopefully things have improved. Dennis Hiller is a great guy to work for and with. He is very fair and very smart with his business decisions.

      There is a lot of OT worked. Nights and weekends are expected regularly. This was true when I was there. Things may have improved in the last few years, this info may be out of date at this time.
