Worst center head he is acting like watch dog . Generally in any organization CC TV monitoring will do by security team but in this organization Center head monitor besides security team . Politics started after he joins in this organization . Reporting managers are harasses their employees especially IDM,Kony and JAVA reporting managers. IDM reporting manger is literally blackmails their employees and he treats his employees like slaves . entire team left from the organization and one associate manager left from the organization with out taking experience letter because of him. Kony reporting manager harasses employees nothing like anything . people are leaving from the company because of her. Recently she interviewed a person and selected and then fired in 15 days after that she recruited another guy who is near to her. I strongly recommend that do not join in kony department until she is there.Bad thing is, she is in touch with previous organization sales team for her personal benefits . Hr Policies are different from employee to employee . mangers can utilize benefits like WFH and leaves etc where as employees can not .
