      Pros

      No pros working here. Company does not spend money on safety.lot of accidents happen here. Very polluting work place.

      Cons

      High politics. Senior people are technically very poor and if anything bad happens it is blamed on new comers. As senior are technically poor they use the policy of high pitch shouting and harasses mentally to get work done. Highly polluting work place and accidents are always happening..even local helpers are afraid to join this company.
