Pros
The people, travel and the impact our projects deliver. GSMA is an incredible organisation to work for but sadly, it's changed.
Cons
In a nutshell, our CMO. Lara is sadly lacking the industry and marketing knowledge to actually be a CMO. Communication is certainly not part of her repertoire and the latest restructure is an example of her work that is incredibly ill conceived, and lacks depth or understanding of how things work on the ground. Unfortunately this is widely discussed (internal & external) trait of hers.
