I worked here for a very short space of time and two employees had been miss sold roles. False promises about jobs, poor communication, lack of respect from senior management, poor treatment of overseas employees, little to no guidance or support, disorganised operations, jobs regularly misrepresented to customers, unrealistic expectations, concerns being ignored, and commissions not being paid once notice is handed in, no internal organisation (booking confirmation never sent correctly or on time), poor level of communication with clients and candidates.

Fast paced with good exposure to the UK education recruitment market

The Bangladesh office is treated as a lower tier. High unemployment in Bangladesh is used as leverage; people are kept on poor terms because they have limited options elsewhere. There is a noticeable bias in who gets favoured. Progression is promised and rarely delivered. Management can be rude. Staff there are not trusted, not developed and not valued.
