      Supportive team, WFH flexibility, reimbursement for PBS-subsidised GSK medicines

      Cons

      May be difficult to convert into a full-time employee in any field other than sales or marketing immediately after finishing the IBL program; medical/clinical require people with quite a bit more experience ie. not fresh out of univerisity.

      Great Pay and Amazing Benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
