      Some great teams to work with. Dedicated people who perform their duties well. Good benefits package. Opportunity to advance through mentorship and training.

      Cons

      Upper management sometimes makes decisions without the discovery process of the employees who do the work. Causing confusion and productivity stagnation. Turnovers of experienced people to outsource responsibility result in a lack of transferred knowledge.

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
