      Benefits in healthcare, and vacation.

      Cons

      Management. Self-centered, don't care about employees. Favoritism rather than competence rewarded, with preference to the Brits. Processes preclude company from succeeding. Need to have Witty and Emma tossed out.

      Great Pay and Amazing Benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
