      Good compensation, staff shop, leading products, lots of internal training offered, great organisation core values.

      Cons

      No efficient performance management, chaotic work environment, very slow to adopt and make changes, too many meetings and focus on KPIs to be presented in meetings despite data not being properly analysed or understood.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
