Pros
Benefits are good. Training is top-notch and ranks at top Pharma companies. Sales training is very good and gives employees new to sales an excellent roadmap to follow. Work life balance is great if you are an efficient worker.
Cons
It is very hard to get noticed in a company that is this large. Your are dependent on your manager. Managers are trained to be "Box-checkers" and will grade as such. This is challenging because a true sales person knows that you cannot follow a script exactly every single time which is what a lot of managers require.
