      People are great but the company is shifting jobs to India in a cost cutting effort to dramatically reduce costs.

      Cons

      Company is outsourcing to India and restructure is a constant activity. It is hard to maintain a constant high performing team.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.
