Pros
GSK is a very people focused enjoyable place to work. The office in Brentford is amazing! The culture is the best thing about GSK - they focus on their employees and reward very fairly.
Cons
Lack of process - sometimes too much focus on the people with meetings about meetings. Slow changes / slow decision making due to the size of the company.
