      Flexible working environment, friendly co-worker (with some exceptions)

      Cons

      If you want to move up the food chain, you absolutely NEED to be a brown noser and smooth operator in the current set-up. The set up does not reward hard-working and dedicated employees. Some managers definitely need more training on inclusion and diversity.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
