      Company car Easy access to accounts There last not much positive here Compensation is ok considering there are no numbers but once you’re in it’s hard to get out because you have no numbers

      Cons

      Bad management Small annual bonus No numbers so promotions are based on who’s “in” High volume of accounts Lots of admin work Small budget Micromanagement
