      Great people work here with high IQ and EQ across the organisation. Compensation excellent, opportunities for advancement good once you have got past the director grade bulge. CEO great communicator bot inside and outside the company and has excellent executive grade. Can buy extra holiday

      Cons

      Geography with US and UK centers for R&D. Can be a bit bureaucratic /complex but hardly surprising given the size of the company
