      Pros

      Salary, shares, nice office, good work life balance

      Cons

      Consumer Healthcare leadership very poor, very nasty and condescending people working there. Only get ahead if you heavily brown-nose LT. HR very good at covering up LT mistakes and do not hold LT to account. Very good, experienced people left bullied and leave as a result. LT carry on like they think they are living the values but really have no focus on them at all and environment is toxic and clique-y. Too much fake-ness and promotions based on mates system.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.

      Slow, too much processes and paperwork, company wants to accelerate, but current processes makes it impossible to accelerate.
