Great pipeline and new commercial models to align with the healthcare customer. New business opportunities and not just sales position. Skill set required of first line leaders is more diverse with administrative responsibilities. Focus on continuous improvement.
Cons
Patient First incentive compensation has made the role difficult. The culture shift from sales to incentive compensation program based on tests/simulations has created a culture within the sales force that is not engaged and looking for other careers outside GSK.
